Small team, opinionated methods
Sendnexa Inc. is a three-person email agency incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We exist because most "AI email marketing" is a subject-line generator wearing a lab coat, while the genuinely useful models, churn risk, predicted CLV, expected date of next order, sit unused inside ESP accounts that already pay for them.

What we believe, in numbers
Flows beat campaigns: Klaviyo's benchmarks put roughly 41% of email revenue on 5.3% of send volume. Timing beats creative: swapping a fixed timer for expected-date triggers took one replenishment flow from 1.1% to 2.4% conversion with identical templates. And reputation is the tax base everything else pays into, which is why complaint budgets against Google's 0.1% guidance appear in every report we send.
We also believe reports should say "inconclusive" when that is the truth. An A/B test that cannot resolve its effect size is a coin flip with branding, and we decline to dress those up.
Independence
We hold no reseller agreements and take no commissions from ESPs or tool vendors. When we recommend Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Customer.io for a given list, the reasoning is in the audit document and the invoice comes only from us. If a recommendation is ever shaped by anything other than your data, that is a firing offence here.

Where the work shows up
The case studies are interviews with the people above, including the parts that failed. The process page is the engagement spine we actually follow. If those two pages read like your kind of rigour, the next step is a working session.
Talk to the people who do the work
No sales layer. The person in your working session is the person in your engagement.
